Star Alliance Lounges LHR T4

Can anyone tell me if there are any Star Alliance lounges at LHR T4? I usually go from T3 where there are several, but am flying to Bahrain on Thurs for the GP, booked with BMI so could use lounges at both ends, accrue miles etc - then discovered it's a code share with Gulf Air (non-Star) from T4....

I shall struggle without a complimentary peanut and glass of vino

None that I'm aware of, as T4 is mainly Skyteam.

On the GulfAir website it says members of their FF club can use the SkyTeam lounge in T4

I would have thought though that there is an agreement that covers codeshare FF's. Enquire on check in...
