Day Rooms at Bangkok International Airport

Hi I have an auntie who is heading back to Italy from Australia, she is flying Thai, and has an 18 hour layover.
She is 80 years old, and unable to walk long distances.

We want to buy her a day room at the Airport, so she can have a good rest and sleep.
We were told about the Louis Tavern Dayrooms.

Has anyone here used them?

I saw some photo's, and beds look like futons ?
Do they have normal beds /

Thanks for any help.

Cheers,
