VUSA Fares

Couple of questions regarding Visit USA fares...

1: Do they still exist?
2: Any suggestions on which airline offers the best deal for 1 month travel.

Last time I looked was around 2001.

Sounded quite complicated and found it was much cheaper to book a bunch of one ways with Southwest Airlines over the internet.

Yes they still exist, although there are slight variations in the name.
