ABC News - Passengers escape injury in Isa plane crash

A six-seater plane has crash-landed near the runway of the Mount Isa Airport.

Two people were on board the plane, but police say no-one was injured in the crash.

Emergency services are at the scene.

Apparently it was a C310 operated by a charter operator with an Isa base.

About 1nm short of RWY 16.

Never flew a 310, but are there any precautions one has to take with the use of fuel pumps on T/O or LDG?
