Aircraft Charter Service For The Department Of Juvenile Justice
Here's another tender. I don't know if I'm putting anyone's nose out of joint by posting the occasional tender, please let me know if I am.

Description: This Request For Tender (“RFT”) covers the Department of Juvenile Justice’s requirement to Charter Multi-engined fixed wing aircraft inclusive of fuel and flight crew on an as required bases.
The aircraft will be generally used to transport juvenile detainees and their escorting staff to attend court, or for their attendance at funerals or casework appointments.

Take my hat off to the organisation that gets it off the current operator, would have to be damn good as they are pretty streamlined from years of experience.

Ah, so in order to get an aircraft to go to my Grandpa/Grandma/Aunt/Uncle/Mum/Dad's funeral I need to be a juvenile detainee first? And a certain skin colour as well would help?
