No one is saying much at all!!!
All i have heard is that the police were involved and that it came from Air NZ management. 8am Monday morning he was told to have his desk clear and be gone by 9am.
I have also heard about four or five different reasons, but i think most are just creative imaginations. Obviously for something rather serious though.
Lucky daddy has lots of money!

I think given that there was no resistance from the accussed that he was or is Guilty and negotiated a "I'll go quietly & quickly if you leave the feds out it" type deal.
One rumour was a "Bribes for jobs" type scam....
the other more feasible one was a Senior Air NZ exec's very expensive and not so common laptop was reported stolen and some time later the same exec identified his missing laptop hard-wired into a 60' yacht owned by the recently removed Fleet Captain.
Just rumours remember
Hud

And Hudson cracks it!!! That's what I have herd too. Guess it must be true. Oh well just think of the opportunities that will open for other Eagle pilots. Fleet Captain Wanted!!!! It might wake management up a bit to the fact that they need to hire hosties to stop these wandering hands so they concentrate on the fun things in life.
well thank heavens for Charlie & Hudson.
where would we be if they hadnt solved this one?
in record time to boot!
bravo. I envy your clarity of vision.
and look forward to reading of your wisdom and foresight in future installments.
