Obviously the decision not to recruit more Australain pilots into Emirates more management folklore.

Or maybe just cheap advertising.

I guess in the drought od the century sticking to non- irrigation would be hard with a great deal of stress on the vines.

Anyway they've been there almost 100 years I think so hopefully they'll get through it (the vines that is!).
