CASA MECIR/FRZN ATPL to EASA Conversion

Hi all. I am in the process of looking for schools to conduct licence conversion in europe. Ive got 1500TT with a frozen ATPL, formally instructing here in AUS.

I am also an EU citizen.

Was wondering, any recommendations for schools? and moreover would it be worthwhile doing an MCC, UPRT, PBN JOC etc... big investments but for jobs in the EU what would you think would be most beneficial, ive heard MCC and UPRT
