I notice it's not on my Oz ATPL. Is that normal, is it on another document? Other ICAO licences I have it's on the front page. How does one get it?
Have a look right at the back in Section XII Conditions/Licence Remarks.
If you have an ELP it should be the last entry there. If you don't then you may have to find someone who will assess you.
