Recruiting again
Seems like the pay for FOs is 9700nzd and Capt 16600nzd, it was (2020) 13200 FOs and 21300 Capt. Big difference here, specially when inflation is to the roof and most airlines are increasing their salary 🤔 Any idea if this would change..?

Correct on the pay, and correct that there are no upgrades for expat FOs.
A bit of a revolving door for FOs, have been recruiting for the past 12 months, and judging by the number of FOs leaving/actively interviewing (myself included), they will continue to recruit for FOs for a while.
They seem to have enough skippers for now, and rumour is that management is looking forward to a recession/slowdown to avoid understaffing embarrassment.
