Correct on the pay, and correct that there are no upgrades for expat FOs.
A bit of a revolving door for FOs, have been recruiting for the past 12 months, and judging by the number of FOs leaving/actively interviewing (myself included), they will continue to recruit for FOs for a while.
They seem to have enough skippers for now, and rumour is that management is looking forward to a recession/slowdown to avoid understaffing embarrassment.
