Hire and Fly Jandakot

G'day all. Just after some quick info/suggestions of decent places to hire and fly out of YPJT. Its been a long time since I flew GA, but I was hoping to take the family up for a fly at the end of June. Nothing too tricky, just a local scenic, or maybe a run out to the Training area.
So what will most operators want before they let me loose with their aircraft? A check flight of some description? Min amount of Hire time? What sort of Aircraft are available? Whats Pricing like these days?
