le Pingouin asked for "Answers on a postcard......", how about an attempt to avoid confusion with Essendon's RWY26. The attempt worked for most carriers but a few have been 'confused' enough.
Stally mentioned the 02/20 problem, 13/31 is also in the mix that was supposably rectified in the mid 70's by ICAO advising to avoid such RWY config number Identifiers but then again what would ICAO know.
