"Takes control of the GPS", hey? Makes me wonder what ASA and the ACMA have to say about GPS disruption and/or jamming, given our shift to GNSS-based navigation...

According to the ATIS at Jandakot there was an "unauthorised RPAS" at the Northern Apron yesterday. I've seen one at 1500' directly overhead Powerhouse, in the Jandakot downwind leg at circuit height and at Canning Bridge. They are a menace whether they are taking photos for money or not.
