Nothing outside the aircraft was involved.
Just because thet say nothing previously was the problem dose not mean it didnt fail.
The aircraft suffered a structural failure.
Cause is known but not released.
Why it failed is not known.

You realise that the person who keeps leaking this information to you is committing offences and other career-limiting contraventions?

If they knew what failed why would it not be in the prelim report? What would be the point of keeping it secret?

With the Gold Coast Tiger crash, they basically said we know the throughbolts failed, we're not sure why yet, fly carefully until we do.

It has everything to do with the pilot seeing a bird a and taking violent evasive action (a natural reaction) at a speed way above Va where a C210 normally cruises

Interesting observation. Subsequent investigations of severe damage to some aircraft attempting to recover from wake turbulence encounters revealed that the damage was caused by over-controlling by the pilot in response to the wake turbulence encounter - not by the wake turbulence on its own.

I just don't like the term "inflight break up" as to "flight limitations clearly known exceeded", thus as advertised resulting in death or massive injury - no thinking for a second just death!

Scraping the barrel there and scooping out BS LB.

With 99% of crashes most of the industry knows what happened long before the report is released 2 years later. Are all those with knowledge committing offences?

In this case the aircraft had an in flight break up. Whats not known if the aircraft previously had its limitations exceeded.
