The CAA report into the crash of ZK-SML makes interesting reading and sums up perfectly what Sunfish is talking about in his initial post...

Sunfish, out of interest and fwiw to somebody out there, I've flown various certified and non certified glass cockpits in small and medium sized aeroplanes, and I've never felt more comfortable in the shortest span of time than when using the certified glass Honeywell Apex system (similar to EPIC). Maybe I was only having a good day.
