Is there any documentation similar to that for Atlantic crossing procedures for the Pacific Ocean? If yes can you give me a nudge in the right direction please.

The Pacific does not require a specific Oceanic clearance like The North Atlantic...."Clear for take-off"=clear to cross........If you can you give your planned departure point and destination, I'm sure PPruners will give you more specific information.
