SALARY (320 Captain)
USD 4,730 based on 85hrs per month
Additional 13th month of basic salary bonus for every completed calendar year.
BREAK DOWN OF HOURS
At least 35+ flight hours a month. This can be increased up to 100 hours a month in line with local limitations depending on flight crew roster and requirements.
USD 53 per hour (1-60 hours block)
USD 62 per hour (61 hours and above)
ROSTER PROGRAM
Pilots will be entitled to 8 days free from duty per calendar month. These days are not in a consecutive block.
OVETRIME
Pilots can expect to receive an overtime payment of 1/85th of their monthly salary per hour above 85 hours per month.
ACCOMMODATION
Single HOTAC at outstation. One week hotel accommodation in Manila or Clark during SIM training
BENEFITS
Group Life Insurance. As a regular employee, you will be part of the company’s group life insurance with a coverage equivalent to Peso 2,000,000.00 with double indemnity for accidental death.
Travel Insurance. The pilot will be entitled to an additional travel insurance coverage of Peso 1,000,000 for the duration of his/hers employment.
Medical Plan. The pilot will be enrolled in the airlines Medical Plan for a regular, private room in case of hospitalization with coverage of P 150,000.00 per dreaded disease.
Sick Leave. 15 days (after 18months from hiring)
PAID LEAVE
After 12 months service: Service Incentive Leave 40 hours (5 days)
After 18 months service: Vacation Leave 120 hours (15 days) annually
