same as jt. took me a long time to get used to using it. still get told off occasionally for flying thru the fd

...............yr my hero 'jaba', SE, IFR & no flt directors!...........I'm impressed

Flt directors bars, V bars they are really only telling you where to point the Aeroplane worked out by the Flt computers as if you where the A/P. Select A/P on & the guidance is auto with the Flt director/V bars there just for presentation to the driver/s.

It's all about 'attitude', in more ways than one:-):-)
