Fella in the Cirrus almost landed on Mr. L's house! Sheesh, he might as well have asked for a flying lesson!

This aircraft is *special* in a number of ways....

Does anyone else out there know what it's used for, how it's flown and where it is from?

Oh DF.... . That was intentional, otherwise I may as well just tell you what it's all about....

Oracle, good guess based on the extra equipment however it's not for that reason. There are two reasons for the muffler and they have nothing to do with performance or the engine itself.

Yeah 2Dogs is on the money. It's Google or Apple or one of those mobs.

Turbo charged for high altitude, muffler for noise over towns and to remove exhaust gases from the path of the camera.

used for photography, exhaust is modified so exhaust gasses do not distort the images taken through the bottom of the aircraft.

yes, both right--I know it wasn't hard, thought the "All-Black" colours might be a giveaway. Interesting at the weather difference across the straight, and how the low cu outlines the North Is. coastline.

That's a flock of sheep innit? They can't swim across the strait?
