Sunstate, Eastern or Cobham? The EBAs for at least Sunnies and Eastern are available via google. Around 60ish once checked to line for those two, depending on fleet.

Seriously, consider a gig there now:

less than 60k on the dash. and be prepared to stay in the right seat for 3-5.. &&&

MOREOVER: Working for a group of - by & large - GRUBS, Falling moral issues, Politically correct & greedy K.P.I obsessed bosses, Extra shifts as the pilot group experiences fatigue / lack of leave, NOW average T/C's as management are out of touch with the industry & Big C small T back in the sims.

Gee, it's a bloody shame to look at what Qlink is now & what it was in the past. It's only a shadow of what what was a great family airline.

Sure the Q400 is a great bit of gear, however you'll be treated as a # ( lil pls & thx now ) & if your chasing $ you can get more flying a Kingair.

Be very aware, the group is slowly imploding from within.

If it's a check flight they're not there to coach you through the exercise.

No a TRE's job is not to coach you through the PPC BUT- it is their job to refine/assess and suggest. After all, the TRE must be an experienced trainer, so as long as the box ticks are completed, the rest of the exercise should be TRAINING. It does not take more than 1:30 of a 4 hr sim to tick the boxes, which leaves 2:30 for training. If some of the ticks are crosses, then the sim should become remedial training unless a complete lack of prep and understanding are displayed. All GOOD TRE's work on the basis of BIG T little c.
