Worth it? Worth what? What do you consider has worth? Do you want to fly, then yes it's worth it. Do you want to earn heaps of money? You'll probably do better somewhere else. Do you want to have value with your employer? Likewise. Do you want to go to work around aircraft and never be bored because every day is different and nothing's prettier than an airfield at sunrise? Absolutely. That doesn't mean you should accept a pittance for that privilege, either. One of the things about aviation careers is that if you
