Perhaps, but DMO is hardly the pinnacle of project management! Even if they aren't at fault in this case, their reputation is very well deserved.

Like the Herald Sun is the pinnacle of defence reporting?

No matter who reports it its on the goverments projects of concern list now and if i had spent over $ 4 biil on choppers that have huge problems I would be concerned and and would not give a rats arse who reported it.

Wow. Amazing reporting on an incident that happened in April and was resolved a few months later.

A380 Qantas
B744 Qantas
B717 Qantas and around the world
MRH ADF
One would be putting RR on the list of concerns.
