Perhaps, but DMO is hardly the pinnacle of project management! Even if they aren't at fault in this case, their reputation is very well deserved.

No matter who reports it its on the goverments projects of concern list now and if i had spent over $ 4 biil on choppers that have huge problems I would be concerned and and would not give a rats arse who reported it.:ok:
