how long to go?
With the loss of the ADF tender, and the loss of the Solomons charter, does anyone think Strategic will be around for much longer. Alliance and their new airplanes?

Knowing some of those in Strategic, I would not be surprised if they did in fact pay in Kina. 
understand FOs are on approx K110 to K130, and Capts K170 to K182 +

Obviously not a job Anthill aspires to, Kina or otherwise. I understand they hired 5 FOs and a couple of training staff - there may be more. 330 and 320, and generally experienced pilots on type. From their schedule it appears that the BNE PHE DPS 320 connection is being dropped and directly overlayed by BNE DPS direct on the 330. One of the new FOs tells me he's happy to move there from another OZ carrier. The packages seem to pretty good, and you don't seem to hear too many gripes from the crew. Several recent internal upgrades in PER and BNE. Can't be all that bad.

There seems to be lack of info on the terms and conditions for them apart from a stab at a salary. Even the website has precious little. Can anyone shed any light to make an educated decision? How many drivers are they even looking for, and to be based where?
