Grade 1 Instructor wages.
Just wondering what the going rate is for a Grade 1 Instructor with META and plenty of time on Turbine and Jet aircraft and real world(Charter, Airline, International ops.) experience can now demand especially by cadet schools.
I know what the award is but is there guys or girls out there getting rewarded what they should really be getting for bringing experience back into instructing so real life lessons and airmanship can be taught to the new guys.

A lot of the job adverts are wanting an instant already qualified Grade1, are there any places willing to train up a already experienced instructor to Grade 1?
