PUT PHOTOS ON A RESUME??
if Skinny/Lightweight = Yes
if Otherwise = No
less pilot weight = more pax weight
and operators usually can't ask for same.

The weight thing is sad but true.
If you're over 90kgs when there are heaps of 'lighter' folk around the odds are against you.
They always allow 90kg for the Pilot and accept a little over the max weight, if you are over 90kgs instead of being 10 or 20kg over you end up being 30-50 over which is pushing it.
Don't whinge about flying over weight, if you have flown up north or flown a 150 with two average guys and more than 40L of fuel it's a fact of life.

2nd question i was aked by CP when he rang me about resume i sent him.
"How much do you weight?"
"90kg"
"Too much"
1st question was
"You're not married are you?"
"No" (neglected to mention that i had got engagged)
Struck me as strange when i was asked knowing that they are not really allowed to ask that sort of stuff, although the said CP had a reputation for being fairly blunt and not exactly "politically correct." Didn't turn out to be an entirely bad boss.
Still got the job though
