Punctures at Jandakot

Heard that three aircraft yesterday had puncturs on the runway with one being disabled for a couple of hours.
Coincidence or runway inspections missing FOD items?

Perhaps a plot by casa to ground the aircraft, heard that they hate planes and they want to get paid to do nothing,
