The planes have not been touched since they were stored. The bearing'swould be stuffed, the legs would be stuffed, the engines would be stuffed, the L-39 was stored with half tanks (which is a big no no if you ask the manufacturer) and the L-39 was never inhibited.
B.A. The aircraft were owned by different companies and people and not by a single person. Also having spent a lot of years in the Warbird industry I very much doubt someone had a rare warbird "stolen" as it is not easy to move them for starters let alone sell them again with out anyone noticing.

As for the lovely Svetlana, I saw her fly at Wanaka and subsequently bumped into her in downtown Wanaka (figuratively speaking unfortunately). She certainly stands out in a crowd. I reckon she's gorgeous.

Unfortunate indeed but hardly an insurmountable restoration project. You'd have us believe they were parked out in the rain.
