Virgin Blue Call Centre????
Could somebody tell me where the Virgin Blue Call Centre is located? Don`t try and tell me it`s Brisvegas `cos the accent was like nothing i`ve heard lately in Godzone when i booked a UNMR ticket just now.
If i was an English language assessor i`d say the young lady was a 2 at best. Know what i mean!

Manila. There is still a call centre at the head office in BNE, but the manila outsourced centre is now far bigger than BNE. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you had a bad experience, make sure you lodge your feedback with DJ, they're constantly getting negative feedback on the subject.

Call the front desk at the airport,
I always manage to sweet talk the person on the line into giving me the desk at the local airports number (although its not supposed to go out)
Its much better, Direct, and 100% latest local info
