mail merge aircraft register my friend.
you can get jobs with a private. for example cattle station or parachuting as you know.
have a look at the back of outback magazine, sometimes there are ads in there or have a look in country news papers, cant recall the name but one is very popular and it has ads for cattle stations/mustering in it occasionally. Or ring up dpi and ask for a list of the propertys and match them to the aircraft register.
lots of pvt planes out there just waiting to be flown by YOU.

Hornet you have to be persistent! There’s actually quite a few skydiving jobs around Melbourne I know of at the moment. But you will need 200 hours total and 10 hours on type (usually C182 or C206) to work.
I was in your same position 16 months ago, and rang around and visited every scenic flight and parachute company regularly in Victoria for a month or so until it finally payed off. I've now been able to fly part time and study full time since then. The work is definitely out there, just have to find it
And goodluck rvert, will hopefully be joining you up there at the end of this year!

DUXNUTZ, my nights spent in the backpackers in Katherine were not very enjoyable...mainly for the accomodation itself related to the price! I was actually going to buy a tent and sleep on a green spot before I moved somewhere else and found my job! But now, considering where I am living, I miss that crappy backpackers in katherine!

DUXNUTZ! I resemble that remark about TFK.
Companies in the NT have their mins but many from entry level to Turbine gear have had to reduce and accept lesser times. Places like Chartair may give you a lokk in even if ou don't meet their mins.
Its the total package, hours, attitude, work ethic...............
Congrats and enjoy the ride.
