Student Accommodation around Bankstown
Hey ppl.
Just wondering if anyone knows of any places around the Airport (bankstown) which would suit someone studying at BK? (doing ATPLs)
Ive looked up The Links, but they are all booked up for when im looking to stay. And Spotless's contact number is U/S.
Cheers

Bankstown accom
There is a house literally facing Bankstown airport.
You get your own room with desk chair etc.
Prices are fairly good.
The place is pretty well booked solid but drop her an email anyway.
The womans name is Shirley.

Wasn't spotless the place they had that samurai sword attack a while ago?
devolved - try ringing the major bk flying schools (the ones with students who aren't sydney locals) - even if they cant help you right out, they may be able to point you in the right direction

I agree with Eternity. Stayed with Shirley myself. She is married to an asain so you will get a lot of asian food in the evening. Great lunch packed for you everyday plus brekky provided, excellent accommodation with cable etc. All in all very good.

you idiot!
Owen Stanley,
I agree with BK airport being, as you put it, a "f#cking hole". But don't go torching my place mate. I live in one of those 10 surrounding suburbs. It sure beats having your head up your own A#SE! i.e. "Location: warm and fuzzy"
Have a nice day smelling your own sh!t!

East Coast Propellers had 5 en suite rooms, with shared kitchen at the back of the hangar. Stayed there a few years ago, bit exxy $160/week. Bit noisy during working hours, quiet at night though.
