hi paddy stacker, last runway guide i saw was issued with current uniform, had a guy on front with best set of choppers i have ever seen (from manilla i believe). don't remember anything about a pochette. please, will someone tell me what it is. am i wearing the uniform incorrectly?
hi cart exchange... 4 boomerangs across the a&$e? you're not even trying?
domestos... what about a black shirt, at least it would more closely resemble the 'cafe experience' the bosses want the punters to have, minus hirsute chests and thick gold chains

Sounds like something you would order in a restaurant with rice

or maybe a French girl band

or We could call the A-380 the 'Pochette'

Patty ......All crew know what it is only that most people call it a hanky....but I guess it's important to some people to call it a pochette.I guess that it is known as that in Oxford street a lot ....but your are right and that life as we know it will end if it is not called a pochette.

Patty, perhaps you could suggest to the visitors that the company holds snap questions about uniform items and service acronyms and if the question is not answered correctly the crew member is stood down.....

With your post it is clear that there is a job waiting for you in the product center coming up with new acronyms.....iBar....

Patty I think you've got the wrong drink there. The vr drink is beaut because if you can get one it means your free but I reckon if you are in a bar in oxfrd st you would be bitter n twisted.
I go along with the others and there could be better things to spend money on but it's gonna happen anyway

Well why come back day after day if you feel that you are trapped. If freedom is what you want then I am sure you know that process is release yourselves from servitude.

Ah yes Wolf, but the VR drink is not a bottomless one and sooner or later you get thirsty again.
As most who have tasted it have found, you don't know what you've got until it's gone.

...Is that what most of the office think Twiggs?

It must kill you guys in the office to see crew getting that pay out and walking out with a smile on their face.....

Take it from me the package was great and I'm enjoying life to the full....especially with no more E.P's or walking into that office any more....

In fact if you check this thread out you will be thrilled as it will show you what everyone else thinks.....

patty,a lot of crew don't go for the package cause of a thing called kids.
you don't have that problem patty but when your kids are still at school youve got no chance at taking the package. If it was up to me I'd like nothing better than to give work the flick and travel with mrs wolfy but it'll be a coupla years yet.
so as much as you'd like to cut the strings but it's not gonna happen.

twiggs girl I was happy when I was on your ignore list.did you feel left out or a bit bored at work not seeing any posts?
I reckon lobey's right and you desk jockeys are not happy to give all that money out for vr but don't worry twiggs it's not your money.
so can you put me back on your ignore list when you read this post and we don't have to listen to each other
I see twiggs is back on line now and I have to laugh because it's morning tea time in the office.

back to the uniform change I reckon it might have been twiggs who thought of them?
If they want to make the flying croisant crew look different to us they could give them a badge to wear on their pochettes and save a bundle

There are other opportunities out there in the world. Not Just QF Crew.
You (qf collective) constantly say how bad the company is and how badly you are treated and all you want to do is satisfy the customer. Do you think customers are satisfied when irate, I am only here because I have school age children crew waltz on the air craft and fly off to a destination only because I have to mentality. Who says i don't have children? Who says I won't have children in the future?
