pochette.......Who would have thought??? Considering it has been part of the uniform for many years I am surprised that it is an unknown item. Any one know what an ibar is.
Patty ......All crew know what it is only that most people call it a hanky....but I guess it's important to some people
to call it a pochette.I guess that it is known as that in Oxford street a lot ....but your are right and that life as we know it will end if it is not called a pochette.
Patty, perhaps you could suggest to the visitors that the company holds snap questions about uniform items and service acronyms and if the question is not answered correctly the crew member is stood down.....
With your post it is clear that there is a job waiting for you in the product center coming up with new acronyms.....iBar....
