Qantas 'Approved' maths course

From the AFAP site today:

VACANCIES - Qantas Approved Maths Course
East Coast – Centrally Located
Accommodation Available
Venue:
Country Capital Flight Centre
Hangar 8, Packer Street
Tamworth Airport
Tamworth NSW 2340
Course Dates:
Mon 5th May to Sat 17th May 2008
Cost $750 per person
Booking Essential

I'm intrigued,

Is this a new requirement, or a money making venture? And how would I get my course approved? $750 a head is pretty good coin.

I'm planning on keeping the overheads down by using an old Barney video (and so I don't have to do any actual work). Do you think I'll have any copyright issues? I think there's some "public broadcast" clause on the back of the video somewhere.

Input appreciated.

Its a requirement thats been around for a while, but with that kind of dough one could argue its a money making venture aswell

Interested as to what others think regarding this.
