QF Direct Entry vs. Cadetship Employment Ratio

G'day all,
What are the current employment ratios (if any one has a general indication of these) for an FO into an airline such as QF in regards to Direct Entry pilots vs. Pilots whom have gone through the Cadetship??

Kind regards,

give it a year or so and it will be 70% cadets to mainline and rest DE.With already over 150 cadets in various schemes, from CPL entry to ab-initio and 3 year degrees.Possibly the numbers will go up to well over 300 cadets.

I would think a 50/50 split would provide a good blend!
