Cannot say what GBA are looking for but I do know that low hour pilots have been employed in the office then when an opportunity comes up you might get a Cherokee Six rating then onto the twins. Not a bad gig if you are happy to do your dues.
MA tend to look for a bit more experience. I went straight into AA with low hours and it was a very steep learning curve. If you have low hours do not be afraid to do some single GA time before looking for twin time.

Yup the mtn air boys get royally shafted, I dont care what you say, as for gba's req's be nice to Lynn, stay on her good side and oh yeah, be nice to Lynn. She may not be the cp, but she can control the amount of flying you do or dont get very easily. The pay aint great but you get good time and down the line you may get a good ref from gr.
Cool place to work, good people and a place you will get support fom management when needed, just need to be able to justify what you did.

Gotta agree with inverted here.
If you are sitting in the office at Mtn Air waiting to start your 2 year Tour of Duty get your arse next door and talk to Lynn. They do not bond you or hold you back when your opportunity to progress comes along.
