QF B737NG Captain Salary
I need someone to help settle a discussion. What is the base salary and overtime provisions for a QF B737 Captain. What annual hours are they flying.

Min guarantee is 55 hours a month and for that a Captain is paid about $150K. (660 hours).
Overtime for hours beyond 55 (normally an extra 15-25) is about $230 an hour- min guarantee divided by 660 hours to get the hourly pay rate. If I recall correctly most 737 drivers are doing about 900 hours which means that you can add on another $55K. Total all up of about $205K.
I haven't included DTA and company super is a bit on top of that again although I think that is also based on min guarantee.
