WOndering if anyone in Australia in particular can tell me the operators for the traffic reports of a morning and/or afternoon. I've been searching everywhere to find out.

Everywhere? Have you tried ringing the radio/tv stations in question?

There is a company in melbourne called ATN australian traffic network they deal with all the radio stations that come under the southern cross braodcast banner (which is quite a lot) there head office was located in the realto tower in melbourne , they subcontract all the work to diffrent operators throoughout Australia.
