CPL Training.

I have a FAA PPL and I would like to get a CPL in Australia, I was just wondering if I could get some info about flying schools in Melbourne.

Time to weigh in.

This guy is asking for CPL training in Melbourne lets keep it on the topic.

I IMO recommend Moorabbin or a regional aerodrome, the have a few schools there great training place. You will also (i think) need to convert your PPL.

for information requiring hours etc.... check out www.casa.gov.au

Jnr380

Also has anyone noticed that ASL exam centre is now in Weeribee ? finally. it saves me half an hour in travel!

37, and although that might seem high compared to what some other people have done it in there are reasons for that, one being the infrequency of my lessons, there were periods where there was months in between lessons so there was a little bit of revision and checks to make sure I was still up to standard. and two, I started flying before I had my SPL and before I was 16 so I had to wait on that.
