FAA ATP to NZ ATPL

Anyone have an idea of how long it will take me to convert my FAA ATP to NZ ATPL?

I know that I have to take the ATP Law exam and then a flight test with the CAA... but any other things that anyone knows about?

How and where do you take the Air Law exam? Are they given often?

Thanks in Advance

LB

Longboarder....go to:

www.aviation.co.nz

That is the website for Aviation Services Ltd which contracts to the NZ Civil Aviation Authority for exam delivery and flight tests. The ATPL subjects are examined roughly twice monthly in the main centres but there is a schedule on the site which tells you where and when.

You should find what you are looking for there.

All the best.
