Former Pacific Blue Chief Pilot Replaced and facing charges?

Can anyone elaborate on a rumour that the former Chief Pilot of Pacific Blue was replaced unceremoniously for undisclosed reasons and now facing possible legal charges in New Zealand?

Any details on this rumour?
