Anybody?

Was at an aero club beer session the other night and heard lots of pilots laughing about "Ezmeralda" and "Feet off the brakes." I asked what the go was and was told "you'll find out when you've got more flying experience." It's been bugging me a bit. All I can think of is it some kind of amusing way to slow down an aircraft or something after landing.Anyone know what they're talking about?
