Burnett Airways 1975

Does anyone recognise these two pilots who were flying Trislanders for Burnett Airways in 1975? The Aviation Historical Society chartered both Trislanders for a day trip to Oakey in March 1975 and it would be nice to have their names for the record.

Cheers

Cool

The guy on the left (of the other guy); looks like he could be a young John Sheriff.

The point is Tinpis, if they did Oakey in a Tri Bongo Van they must have taken a tent and a cut lunch! Even if they departed from Toowoomba!

I have a feeling the guy on the left may now work for CASA? I'll PM you Fris.

Bluebotte,

The bloke on the right, who's on the left of the bloke on the left !

Mate, if you mean the young fellow with the wavy hair, certainly looks like JS (ex Country Air YBRK).

If Paul Phelan is wandering around here he should be able to confirm that, he also was a Rockhampton based pilot back then.

The Burnett Trislanders, I believe, were lovingly referred to as the "Biloela Boeings".

Pretty sure JS did not fly them. He still has his full hearing!!!
