Actually, no offence to Bathurst, it's just that I'd love to see the Reno or Red Bull races on a big screen (today's just brought it to a head

This isn't about US v Oz, it's about the dominance of televised ground hound motor sport to the exclusion of the exciting stuff. Let's see some real racing.

Hmmm, my air race competitor days finished about 30 years ago! On that occasion, it was an air race starting from Jandakot. I got out to my aeroplane on the morning of day 1 to find that one DS had graciously commissioned someone to place an unauthorised, unsponsored sticker on it!
