Question Beech 1900 Ratings in Australia?

Where in Australia can someone do a Beech 1900 rating and how much would it cost roughly?

Also can you do a PIC Beech 1900 rating without a ATPL?

Any input would be appreciated...

Cheers...

Try Crane air at YSBK, apparently they run the rating.
