Arrow Urgent!!! Help!!!

Dear all, i am planning to go to New Zealand to pursue my PPL in the beginning of May. Any good flying schools that you can kindly recommend? I've got couple of choices with me currently, mind giving me some suggestion?

1. Ardmore Flying School
2. Air Academy Hastings
3. Waikato Aero Club

Thank a lot!!!

The Rotorua club has not done me too bad. Its not a big place like Waikato or Ardmore, but they have never done me wrong.

I second Blue Line's comment..

Stay away from Ardmore as much as poss...

Auckland Flight Training seems to be good.... as are some of the aeroclubs around the place...

Congrats on the Confectionary Transfer Position Blue Line.. save some of those horrible boiled sweets for me..!!

Lets reiterate, stay away from Ardmore. Plenty a rip off happening there.

I would suggest Whenuapai Air Force Base in Auckland. They have a "sports flying" section which civilians can join. Small place, great instructors, very personal.

manamana,
Last I heard you had to be 'invited' into the club at WP. I got thier number through the grapevine and they sounded curious as to how I managed to get hold of them.

Kliperoo,
Have to agree the Rotorua guys arent bad and there CFI is a top bloke - One of the few GA old timers still around.
