I noticed the post dated 10 march regarding Midstate Airlines in Mackay..... The thread seems to have been removed, can anyone shed any light on their situation?

Not only moved, but moved to a place where none can see it.
You can find the situation as it really is by going to www.casa.gov.au and typing in "midstate" into their search box. Everything else is gossip at this stage.

The previous thread was moved due to inappropriate posts and inappropriate registration of a user name.
The matter is effectively sub judicea and the operator is entitled to a fair hearing based on fact, not influenced by inappropriate gossip in PPRuNe.
For those with a short memory, postings in PPRuNe have previously surfaced in other prosecutions by CASA.
