The previous thread was moved due to inappropriate posts and inappropriate registration of a user name.
The matter is effectively sub judicea and the operator is entitled to a fair hearing based on fact, not influenced by inappropriate gossip in PPRuNe.
For those with a short memory, postings in PPRuNe have previously surfaced in other prosecutions by CASA.
