I don't work there but I have spoken to people who do.
I haven't heard any bad things, only good
Apparently the instructors get worked pretty hard & the language barrier can be a little trying. If you haven't been to Merriden I would also suggest a visit for at least a week to really get a feel for the place before applying for a job.
They've got at least one Citation jet as well which looks like alot of fun

I am somewhat familiar with the school. Recently on my last visit to Perth dropped by (at Jadakot). Ceirtainly very impressive operation. The training is conducted in three phases, ground school, flight training etc. Life at Meredin will need getting used to, one thing for sure, will be looking for work there to.
Ps: The School has two Citation bravo Jets, and a fleet of Grob G115C2, and Seneca V for multi-engine training. But you already knew, that having taken a look at the web site www.cswafc.com.au
